Qi Gong "Life Energy Cultivation"

Qi Gong is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi) or what has been translated as "life energy".

Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind. Qigong is now practiced throughout China and worldwide for recreation, exercise and relaxation, preventive medicine and self-healing, alternative medicine, meditation and self-cultivation, and training for martial arts.

No experience needed to attend. Please arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class in loose comfortable clothing. 


Relax & Renew - Lisbeth


In this restorative class all the poses are restful, available, and sweet. We start with a series of warm ups and then move into a series of soothing poses deeply supported by blankets, blocks, bolsters, and chairs offering the opportunity to linger and open up effortlessly.  
Yoga Fusion - Julie


A combination of the best of anusara, iyengar, and vinyasa.  A flow class focusing on fundamentals of the postures to safely move through your practice from the ground up. Great for the advanced beginner and the seasoned practitioner who wants to move on to the next level.  Level 1-2

Gentle Flow Yoga – Roe


Gentle Yoga - focuses on breathing exercises & stretching & toning muscles that are often neglected, but so important to keeping you healthy & mobile. And best of all, Gentle Yoga is easy enough for beginners. Who should attend this class series? Beginning yoga students, pre- natal yoga students, students with physical limitations. Perfect Healthy Back Class.


Mindful Movement - Donna


This mixed level class focuses on relaxing, unwinding, and rejuvenating the body and mind while connecting movement and breath in a slow steady flow.  Open to all levels, beginners encouraged!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Norma


Vinyasa Flow is suitable for all levels. This rejuvenatimg practice emphasizes breath and movement to relax body & mind. Sun Salutations and creative flow sequences, correct training and correct posture will develop flexibility allowing you to feel more comfort within your body

Monthly Restorative Yoga - Keri


Join us on the mat for this Active Relaxation class. You will move your body/mind into balance by supporting the body in asanas using props & gravity to allow the body to unwind. Each pose creates specific physiological responses that are beneficial to health and can reduce the effects of stress related diseases.

Yin Yoga  with Yoga Nidra Class - Keri
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the physical yoga practice. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement. This practice is primarily a floor practice with poses designed to target the hips, low back and pelvis. While this practice is available to all levels of practitioner, Yin is not the same as Restorative yoga. The student can expect to feel a deep stretch and sensation while in the poses. Students may want to wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. Pajamas welcomed!

Foundational Yoga - Lisbeth


This is a gentle vinyasa class combining the styles of anusara and iyengar. Working on the fundamentals of foot placements and spiralic action of the muscles using props for modifications. Great for the beginner and also the seasoned yogi that wants to fine tune their practice.
Mixed Level Yoga - Lisbeth


A mixed level vinyasa style class open to all. This class focuses on the foundations of asanas and applies them to creative flows opening the the hips, strengthening the back, increasing balance  and opening the heart .

* Pricing is per session and does not include taxes where applicable and gratuity at your discression.

* 24 hour notice is required on cancelled appointments. Payment is expected for no shows and missed sessions.

Sessions with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

* Credit Card (Visa, MasteraCard, Discover, or American Express) confirmation is requested when scheduling for parties of 2 or more, new clients and clients with previously missed appointments.

* Gift certificates available in any amount for any occasion.

* Returned checks will be charged $35.00.

* Services, prices, and classes are subject to change without notice.

* We gladly accept SpaFinder gift certificates on regularly priced sessions. Not to be combined with any other offer.

* Please be mindful of others experience ~ turn off cell phones & be silent in the hallway.

* All services and class cards are to be paid in full at time of service or start of card.

* Multi Class Cards are valid for 4 months & may be shared with friends & family. After expiration 75% of remaining balance may be used to purchase a new multiclass card. Purchase your new multi class card prior to expiration, and any remaining classes will be added to your new card.

Classes must still be used within a 4 month period.

*New Student Class Cards  - Upgrade your single class or one month unlimited class card within the first week of attending for the cost of the difference paid.

* All of our cards carry a term of expiration. We start counting the days to expiration on the day that you take your first class on the card. Also note that all unused cards expire 1 year after the date of purchase.

* To acknowledge the many distractions, obligations, and illnesses that can keep us away from our yoga practices, we offer the following exceptions to the expirations associated with our class cards:

~ We will consider extending the expirations on our 5, 10, and 20-class passes only with a doctor's excuse for the amount of time that you have been absent.

* If your card has expired, we will offer a credit toward the purchase of another pass. The credit is determined by the amount of time your pass has been expired, the original purchase price, and the number of classes remaining.

* If your card has expired, please call or check with the front desk to determine the exact amount of your credit.

* All bodywork and spa treatments are performed by highly trained licensed professional who posses talent for their art. Schedule today and prepare to be transformed ~ Thank you for your presence.
